We'll evalute your system and provide you with general information about what it's going to take to fix the problem - without charging you an outragous hourly tech rate. We'll also apply this amount to any repairs costs, should you decide to take corrective action. You really can't go wrong with this offer!

Virus/Spyware Removal - $60

We offer a virus removal service with great tech advice on keeping your system virus free. In most cases, we can remove the offending malware and get you back up and running in no time. We won't lie to you, not every virus can be removed without completely wiping the system clean, but even in those rare instances, we can usually recover your important data (photos, email, etc...). Included with this service at no extra charge is our system performance tuning.

Hardware Installations and Upgrades - Parts + Labor

Need a new hard drive? Memory? Motherboard? We can help! We can help recommend and install any parts you need, whether you're on a budget for repaairs or you're looking to upgrade for performance. Unlike a lot of shops, we typically don't keep stock on hand - so you pay current market value for current technology. Our hourly tech rates are extremely competetive.

Local Pickup/Delivery - $5.00

A pickup/delivery service option is available (but not required) to local residents for a nominal fee.
